CRRN's Youth Fire Setter Workshop

Welcome to the first CRRN meeting and training of 2024. The Colorado Risk Reduction Network is hosting a Youth Firesetting Intervention Workshop on Wednesday March 6, 2024 9:00am-2:00pm, (location tbd).  This workshop, lead by YFS experts Dr. Brad Jackson and Dr. Lavita Nadkarni, will give an opportunity to learn about common trends in youth firesetting behavior and provide updates in the field of YFS Intervention.  In this YFS Workshop we will analyze several case studies and most importantly, provide the opportunity to network with other YFS Specialists and discuss/ask questions pertaining to common issues in the field of YFS Intervention.  

CRRN will have the 1st quarter meeting prior to the workshop starting at 8:30 AM. The agenda will be posted separately. 

Please note - this class is separate than the Youth Fire Intervention Specialist class and there will be no Colorado State Exam offered. It is encouraged, but not required, for attendees to have a current Colorado YFS Certification and knowledge.  JPR's will be offered to those who hold a current Colorado YFS Certification.
